Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Physics, or related engineering with 9+ years of experience.
• Or Graduate Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EO/IR sensor systems engineering efforts for programs.
• Lead planning, system integration, validation, and verification activities.
• Coach/mentor team members and drive lifecycle development.
• Make judgments considering costs and benefits to select optimal solutions.
• Perform systems analysis and evaluate performance improvements.
• Lead across the system development lifecycle and engage customers.
• Serve as technical point of contact with suppliers; security clearance readiness.
