WSP USA is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager to support our Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) business in Texas and Louisiana offices, including Houston, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge. This role offers leadership on environmental projects, mentoring junior staff, and expanding our client portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Environmental Engineering, a PE license (Texas preferred), 10+ years of experience, and strong skills in project management, regulatory compliance, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license (Texas preferred).
• 10+ years of progressively responsible environmental consulting/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients for WSP’s environmental business through internal and external networking.
• Manage environmental projects involving site characterization, remedial design, and environmental compliance, ensuring deliverables, schedules, and budgets are achieved.
• Perform field work for site characterization and remediation projects, including oversight of subcontractors and sampling of soil, soil vapor, sediment, surface water, and groundwater in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted protocols.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for environmental project tasks with minimal supervision; recommend remedial solutions using accepted scientific and engineering practices.
• Provide technical review to ensure compliance with environmental laws, company standards, contract requirements, and specifications.
