Job summary

Geosyntec is seeking an Environmental Practice Team Lead in our Anchorage, Alaska office to lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers on environmental projects, including site investigations, risk assessment, and remediation. You will drive business development, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and regulators.

The role requires 15+ years of environmental consulting, Alaska experience preferred, and a growth mindset with relocation supportive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, earth science, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (M.S./M.E./Ph.D.).
• Professional licensure (P.E. or P.G.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ten scientists and engineers on environmental projects.
• Drive business development and client relationships across Northwest operations.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.
• Mentor staff, recruit talent, and manage performance.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
