Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of direct environmental consulting experience; 10+ preferred.
• At least 8 years of consulting experience in Alaska preferred.
• Proven track record in client management and business development.
• Strong technical leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a client-driven environmental practice in Alaska.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams across the Northwest region.
• Drive project execution, from scoping through delivery and client satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, quality, risk, and compliance for projects and deliverables.
• Support business development and recruiting efforts for the Alaska team.
