CRG Search's client, a global consumer products manufacturer, seeks a Lead Manager, Environmental Engineer to lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives at a large facility in Winston-Salem, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Experience with air quality, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, groundwater, or spill prevention regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs across air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, groundwater, and spill prevention.
• Support operational and capital projects by providing environmental guidance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage permitting, regulatory reporting, inspections, and agency interactions.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advance sustainability and waste reduction efforts across the facility.
• Deliver environmental training and communicate compliance status and recommendations to leadership.
