This individual will serve as the environmental subject matter expert, partnering with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and support key capital and operational projects.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of environmental compliance experience within manufacturing, industrial, consulting, or related environments.
• Experience with environmental regulations, permitting, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Knowledge of air quality, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, groundwater, or spill prevention programs.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PE, CHMM, or advanced environmental credentials are a plus.
