- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and processes with limited managerial oversight.
- Develop and implement operational plans.
- Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Analyse and redesign SOPs to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Use operational data to improve quality, performance, and processes.
- Coach, mentor, and delegate work to junior professionals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges.
