• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience identifying automation or technology-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects and processes of complex scope with limited oversight.
• Develop, manage, and implement projects within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation.
• Coach, mentor, and delegate work to junior-level professionals.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
