Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies in Graniteville, SC is seeking a Lead Environmental Engineer to lead complex projects, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operations. This onsite role offers a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 with a 10% target annual bonus and opportunities for growth within an established engineering team.

The successful candidate will identify optimization opportunities, redesign SOPs, and mentor junior staff to achieve higher performance

Qualifications

Experience leading complex projects independently.
SOP redesign and process improvement experience.
Ability to identify automation opportunities.
Experience coaching junior professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Operational planning experience.
Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex projects and processes with minimal supervision.
Develop and implement operational plans.
Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities through detailed analysis.
Review and redesign SOPs to improve processes and efficiency.
Coach and support junior engineering professionals.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Use communication and negotiation skills to support project and operational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
