Job summary
Ramboll US Corporation invites a Lead Consultant to join its Data Centers practice across North America in a hybrid role from our New England offices. You will support early site screening through due diligence and planning, coordinate engineers, analysts, and client teams, and review site plans and utilities to shape feasible development strategies.
Ideal candidates combine project management with civil engineering, are highly organized, and excel at communication in a fast-paced consulting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of related consulting experience in civil/site development.
- Knowledge of site development concepts: grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, permits.
- Strong writing, communication, and client-service skills; CAD/Civil 3D/Bluebeam/GIS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist project management for data center due diligence assignments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and maintain schedules and budgets.
- Review master plans, test fits, utilities, grading, and site constraints for due diligence.
- Prepare client-ready reports, risk summaries, and cost estimates.
