Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking a Lead Applications Developer to drive enterprise web applications and mentor a cross‑functional team. You will design, implement and optimize user experiences for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You'll collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, lead code reviews, and stay ahead by exploring new development technologies and architecture patterns to keep Spectrum at the forefront of digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and fix defects.
• Experience with AGILE SDLC and QA processes.
• Ability to mentor and lead developers.
• Experience with enterprise web applications and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign tasks for Application Development team.
• Design and implement robust web applications.
• Lead UI enhancements and integrate data for performance.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct unit tests and code reviews.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources.
• Stay current with new development technologies to keep Spectrum at the forefront.
