Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software engineering/development experience (or equivalent).
• 3+ years working as a technical lead or architect in cloud-native or modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java, C#).
• Experience transforming legacy applications (Java, .NET, etc.) into cloud-native microservices.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices design patterns.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, with experience delivering technical presentations and engaging with business/technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution across several projects from prototype through to production deployment.
• Design and develop full-stack solutions that deliver measurable customer value.
• Work hands-on with customer teams to understand workflows and ensure effective adoption of delivered capabilities.
• Define project scope, plan milestones, and proactively clear blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Balance speed, quality, and scope—making thoughtful trade-offs to keep delivery outcomes on track.
• Step into the codebase when needed to accelerate progress or clarify technical direction.
• Capture effective patterns and practices in reusable tools, templates, or frameworks for broader team use.
• Maintain team momentum through clear direction, consistent follow-up, and strong execution discipline.
• Actively leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer velocity, quality, and innovation.
