Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Principal Software Engineer I to lead architectural modernization of enterprise .NET applications into cloud-native microservices, guiding cross-functional teams through cloud adoption and secure software delivery.

You will mentor senior engineers, shape technical standards, and drive initiatives that support Spectrum’s customer care and back-office operations while leveraging AWS and GCP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural modernization of .NET apps into cloud-native microservices.
• Set technical strategy for cloud adoption and software quality.
• Drive digital transformation for customer care and back-office ops.
