Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree in infrastructure engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in infrastructure engineering related roles.
• COMPTIA, Microsoft, Avaya, ITIL fundamentals certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for a specific area of Northwest’s technical infrastructure.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate workloads for team members.
• Lead, mentor, and provide education opportunities to staff.
• Own planning and deployment of enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance core server and application platforms.
