Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a technical or Bachelor's degree in Infrastructure Engineering or related field.
• More than 15 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships and solve problems.
• Strong communication, decision making and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for a specific infrastructure area.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize workloads for the team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT staff on complex issues.
• Maintain policies and procedures for systems and platforms.
• Design and implement changes to improve performance and resiliency.
• Develop documentation for enterprise server topologies and configurations.
• Lead day-to-day operational support for core server and tier-3 app infrastructures.
• Ensure security procedures and risk controls are followed.
