Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Lead Enterprise Systems Engineer to analyze, plan, implement, and maintain large-scale infrastructure. You will own standards for core tech including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, storage, hypervisors, servers, cloud platforms, and contact center platforms.

You will lead a high‑performing team, mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure security policies and procedures are followed while driving performance and resiliency across enterprise

Qualifications

• More than 15 years Infrastructure Engineering related role.
• Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Infrastructure Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for a specific area of Northwest’s technical.
• Lead, mentor, and provide opportunities to team members for education and advancement.
• Communicate with management on project status and timelines.
