Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking an experienced Performance Load Test Architect / Lead to define and drive enterprise performance testing strategies. You will lead load testing initiatives across SAP, CRM, APIs, and middleware, and establish workload models and acceptance criteria.

The role requires hands-on NeoLoad expertise, a track record with enterprise-scale systems, and collaboration across engineering and governance boards. Remote work with travel options available.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
• Proven experience architecting performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), SAP Datasphere, CRM platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise performance engineering strategy, standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead performance testing across SAP BRIM, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CRM, middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, batch processing, event-driven integrations, web/mobile apps, IVR, and chatbots.
• Develop production workload models and establish NFRs, SLAs, SLOs, and performance acceptance criteria.
• Lead NeoLoad implementation, administration, and enterprise testing; create automation standards.
• Present performance status, risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans to executives; maintain designs and docs.
