ShineBask Technologies LLC is seeking a Performance Load Test Architect to lead performance testing across SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, Datasphere, and REST/SOAP APIs. This remote role with occasional travel requires enterprise-scale test planning, tuning, and dashboards.

Candidate will define load profiles, monitor systems end-to-end, and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams. Strong NeoLoad and SAP experience are essential, with 12+ years IT experience and 5+ years leading initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
• NeoLoad certification preferred.
• Cloud certifications (Azure or AWS) preferred.
• 12+ years of IT experience with enterprise performance engineering.

Aufgaben

• Lead performance testing across SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, Datasphere and APIs.
• Define enterprise load profiles and performance test plans.
• Review and approve test plans, scripts, and workloads.
• Define monitoring strategy across applications, middleware, SAP, databases and cloud.
• Analyze response times, throughput, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Lead root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Lead NeoLoad enterprise implementation and standards.
• Develop performance dashboards and executive reporting.
• Present performance status and mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Document all work including designs, test plans and lessons learned.
