Job summary

Mbi Llc is seeking a seasoned Performance Engineering Leader in the United States to define and own the overall performance strategy for the Journi program. You will set governance, standards, and workload models using production metrics, and establish NFRs, SLOs, SLAs, and acceptance criteria to ensure production readiness.

You will lead planning across SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare, review architectures for scalability, and drive capacity planning and infrastructure sizing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• NeoLoad certification preferred.
• Cloud certifications (Azure or AWS) preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise performance testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall performance engineering strategy.
• Develop enterprise performance testing standards, governance, methodologies.
• Define workload models using historical production metrics.
• Establish NFRs, SLOs, SLAs, and performance acceptance criteria.
• Lead performance planning for SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Review architecture for scalability risks and bottlenecks.
