Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Integration Lead Architect to drive end-to-end integration across complex enterprise systems in the Life Insurance and Annuities domain. You will design architectures, guide teams, and align integration with business goals.

You will collaborate with business and development teams, set API standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and observable solutions. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration architecture and leading teams in complex environments.
• 8+ years designing REST APIs, event-based integrations, ETL pipelines across cloud/on‑prem.
• 5+ years with MuleSoft, API Gateway, Kafka, ESB, and cloud-native integration services.
• 5+ years cloud architecture across AWS or Azure with containerized deployment (K8s).
• 5+ years defining API standards, security (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), governance.
• 3+ years Life Insurance & Annuities domain experience and distribution workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures including APIs, middleware, and data flows.
• Develop integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor integration teams; provide guidance on best practices and tooling.
• Act as liaison between business, development, and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment with product capabilities and performance targets.
• Identify risks in integration dependencies and data flows; drive mitigations.
• Provide development oversight and ensure client needs are met.
• Assist deployment activities and monitor integration performance.
