The role requires 12-15+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms, with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience designing and governing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience leading Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric transformations.
• Proven ability to build lakehouse environments (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Experience consolidating data assets after mergers or acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term data vision, modernization roadmap, and governance framework.
• Lead post-acquisition data integration strategy and data platform consolidation.
• Influence multiple tech teams (Data Eng, BI, DBA, Security) and business stakeholders.
• Design enterprise-scale data platforms and Lakehouse architectures.
