Job summary

TBC Corporation seeks a Cloud & Data Architect to define and execute its enterprise data architecture and Unified Data Platform strategy. You will lead data modernization across analytics, AI enablement, and cloud adoption, partnering with governance, infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure trusted data assets.

You will guide consolidation of platforms, establish standards, and drive migration from legacy technologies to a scalable cloud-based data platform while promoting cost-effective

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Architecture, Platform Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or related roles.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience leading cloud data modernization and migration initiatives.
• Experience consolidating multiple data platforms into a unified architecture.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise analytics and reporting platforms.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve TBC's enterprise data architecture strategy and target-state data roadmap.
• Define and implement the Unified Data Platform (UDP) architecture for governed, real-time data assets across analytics and digital commerce.
• Establish enterprise data standards, metadata, and reference architectures.
• Lead data platform modernization and migration from legacy systems to cloud-based architectures.
• Design data lake/lakehouse/warehouse architectures and optimize data pipelines and tools.
• Partner with data governance to define data ownership, quality, and stewardship.
