Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Principal Architect to own the enterprise data platform architecture, governance, and modernization of the Operational Data Platform (ODP) and Data-as-a-Product initiatives. You will set standards, roadmaps, and ensure platform stability for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workloads at scale.

You will lead on-site and offshore teams in a hybrid delivery model, manage vendors and SLAs, and collaborate with product owners to drive data products

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data/enterprise architecture roles.
• 3+ years designing cloud-native data platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong governance, security, and compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
