Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to align business vision with technology strategy and to guide IT portfolio execution.

You will mentor enterprise, solution, technology, and system architects across the organization. You will drive value-driven outcomes by modernizing technology, architecting robust end-state solutions, and ensuring alignment with Humana's strategic objectives in a remote setting with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior application/solution architect or technical lead in a large company.
• 10+ years hands-on design, development, and testing of software applications.
• 3–5 years of experience in Cloud technologies, Cloud migration or Enterprise Architecture.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns, cloud architectures and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strong advocate for the business within IT and ensure technology execution aligns with strategy.
• Help achieve value-driven outcomes by aligning Humana’s Technology Strategy with corporate vision.
• Engage in modernization initiatives with application teams and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of lean enterprise architecture within an agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate to map business vision to value streams, capabilities and functions.
• Document current state architecture, value streams and domain models with leaders.
• Define technology strategies and architectures to align portfolio with business value.
• Enable ongoing cloud innovation across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS platforms with Segment teams.
