Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years hands-on design, development, and testing of software applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in Cloud technologies, Cloud migration or Enterprise Architecture.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture pattern development and cloud architectures and agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strong advocate for the business within IT and ensure technology execution aligns with business strategy.
• Help achieve value-driven outcomes by aligning Humana’s Technology Strategy with corporate vision and segment business strategies.
• Engage in enterprise technology modernization with application teams and stakeholders to deliver value through architecture guidance.
• Serve as an evangelist for lean enterprise architecture within an agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to map business vision to value streams, capabilities and functions.
• Document current state architecture, value streams and domain capability models with architects and leadership.
• Apply portfolio rationalization to map coverage between Value Streams, Capabilities and Technology Capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
• Define and maintain technology strategies, including intermediate and end state architectures, to align the portfolio with business value.
