Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years hands-on design, development, and testing of software applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in Cloud technologies, Cloud migration or Enterprise Architecture.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and cloud architectures; agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise and align business vision with IT strategy and portfolio execution.
• Mentor enterprise, solution, technology and system architects across Humana.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to map business capabilities to value streams and technology.
• Drive adoption of lean enterprise architecture within an agile framework.
• Evaluate and modernize cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to deliver business value.
