Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in applications administration with portfolio scope.
• Associate’s degree plus 7+ years of experience in applications administration.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience in applications administration.
• Master’s degree plus 3+ years of experience in applications administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration of enterprise applications to support complex business processes.
• Administer user accounts; ensure secure roles and permissions.
• Identify and resolve application issues; manage support cases for vendors/teams.
• Develop test cases and plans for new releases; validate deployments.
• Monitor application health and performance; take corrective actions.
• Lead daily tasks and support junior staff; assist in evaluating candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on releases and data security.
