Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software development projects and teams.
• Strong collaboration with data modelers, architects, and SMEs to deliver complex solutions.
• Experience with data governance and healthcare payer/provider operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of Senior Application Development Engineers.
• Lead project scope, schedule, and budget; monitor progress and communicate status.
• Coordinate with security, SRE, and infrastructure teams during service transitions.
• Manage vendors and 3rd-party development teams to our standards and performance expectations.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews; develop staff capabilities.
