The role oversees scope, schedule, and budget while driving progress, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related management experience, plus hands-on expertise in application development, architecture, and DevOps best

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Experience with Application Development; Applications Architecture, DevOps industry best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development.
• Hands-on technical background surrounding databases and data governance, ideally including knowledge of graph model databases.
• Healthcare payer, provider operations, or provider data management experience preferred.
• Collaboration and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Senior Application Development Engineers on large-scale projects.
• Leads scope, schedule, and budget management; monitors progress and communicates status.
• Makes decisions based on project metrics and outcomes.
• Establishes training and career development plans for developers.
• Manages 3rd party development vendors to meet standards and performance.
• Defines risk identification processes and participates in mitigation activities.
• Coordinates with Application, Infrastructure, Security, and SRE teams during transitions.
• Leads design and development of proof-of-concept environments.
• Manages hiring/training, conducts performance reviews, and provides technical guidance.
• Delégates tasks to ensure stable operation of development activities.
