Job summary

You will mentor engineers and analysts, partner with executives, and shape roadmaps that generate measurable business value while ensuring governance and privacy compliance across all AI programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML team leadership or management.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI/ML initiatives from strategy through deployment.
• Mentor AI Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Define AI roadmaps translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee AI model lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
