Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a hardware test lab environment.
• Experience in ISO-regulated environments (ISO 9001/17025/14001).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team-development abilities.
• Strong understanding of safety, EHS guidelines and test protocols.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise one or more engineering technicians in the hardware labs.
• Coordinate design, construction, test and checkout of test equipment and procedures.
• Debug and characterize defects; document configuration and results for reports.
• Monitor progress, ensure schedule alignment, and communicate with design teams.
• Provide hands-on technical contribution for complex test setups and troubleshooting.
