The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, drive continuous improvement, ensure ISO compliance, and collaborate across functions to support manufacturing end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial engineering.
• 5+ years total engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machining operations.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of delivery timelines and pipeline planning.
• Innovative thinking and product roadmap contribution.
• Strong relationship management and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
