Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and guidance to the engineering team across multiple market groups.
• Lead team meetings, reviews, and coaching sessions to optimize workload and development.
• Support onboarding and training, including product knowledge and workflow orientation.
• Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans to enhance capability.
• Ensure outputs meet quality, documentation, and schedule requirements.
