Stryten Energy seeks a Lead Engineer for our Columbus, Indiana facility to lead maintenance, controls, and tooling for plastic injection molding lines. You will drive process improvements, capital projects, and safety compliance while mentoring setup mechanics, machinists, and mold technicians.

You will collaborate with Project Controls on machine issues, optimize reliability, and implement training programs to strengthen the facility team.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of plastics experience and 4 years of fixture and downstream equipment design.
• Engineering/Plastics Engineering Degree required.
• Proven satisfactory work history (attendance and performance) to be maintained.
• Attendance is critical to this position.
• Familiar with all aspects of scientific injection molding process.
• Must be able to provide good Leadership and training as required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance, controls, machinist and mold mechanic personnel for troubleshooting and capital projects.
• Analyze data on predictive preventative maintenance for improvements.
• Scope, spec, and assist in design of plastic injection molding equipment and tooling.
• Develop scrap and cycle reductions and partner with Project Controls on machine issues.
• Support automation commissioning and training of setup mechanics and mold staff.
