Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on injection molding processing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
• BS in Engineering preferred; experience considered in lieu of education.
• Experience with a range of resins and molding machines.

Responsibilities

• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining injection molding processes.
• Troubleshoot scrap, cosmetic issues, dimensional variation, and cycle time.
• Scientific molding and process window development.
• Specifying and purchasing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Partner with tooling, quality, and production teams.
• Support new product launches and process transfers as needed.

This role is focused on execution. Troubleshooting, process stability, and making molding processes run consistently on the floor, not sitting behind a desk.
