Job summary

Impellam Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to guide the Clean Fuels portfolio. You will drive design architecture, collaborate with project teams, and apply advanced engineering principles to deliver innovative hydrogen and renewable energy solutions.

The role requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and a track record in electrical system design, standards compliance, and effective stakeholder communication. Based in Florida, on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply electrical engineering principles across diverse assignments.
• Knowledge of safety codes and regulations and how to apply them.
• Experience in electrical engineering system design, equipment, suppliers, and installation.
• Demonstrates creativity and mature judgment in guiding design architecture at multiple levels.
• Has technical, commercial, and financial acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of experience.
• PE certification preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for innovative technologies and projects.
• Lead industry trend analyses and forecasts to influence major engineering activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers on solution strategies.
• Evaluate products/services for adequacy and usability.
• Develop user documentation and training material.
• Approve changes to rules, processes, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations and cross-functional guidance.
• Define processes and policies, and communicate applicable contexts.
• Contribute to test design and validation activities.
• Support project execution and portfolio-level objectives.
