Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• BS degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Periodic travel up to 5 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch’s multi-disciplinary engineering team and drive robust systems engineering processes.
• Direct and mentor electrical, mechanical, civil, and computer engineering personnel to plan, design, develop, test, and field infrastructure worldwide.
• Manage systems engineering analysis and OSS&E baselines across the HFGCS portfolio.
• Oversee legacy-to-modern migration, sustaining high availability and modern software-defined standards.
• Apply AMS-GRA open-architecture principles for modular, vendor-agnostic baselines.
• Serve as primary technical interface for evaluating contractor designs and deliverables.
• Collaborate with warfighters, labs, joint components, and partners to integrate capabilities.
