Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with 10+ years of experience; or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across integration, verification, deployment, sustainment, and field support for defense communications systems.
• Provide technical direction for SATCOM, RF, and military communications solutions across fielded and production environments.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting, failure isolation, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to improve mission readiness.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, work instructions, specifications, test artifacts, and support records.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues and support program execution.
• Support customer engagements, field investigations, technical reviews, demonstrations, and deployment activities for classified systems.
• Design, maintain, or improve automated test solutions and verification workflows using industry‑standard tools for hardware and system test.
• Apply RF test methods and lab equipment to evaluate performance and confirm readiness.
• Travel up to 25% to support customer sites and reviews.
• Work in classified environments and maintain security compliance.
