You will drive governance, standards and performance improvements while leading engineering teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in manufacturing, construction, mining, oil & gas, chemicals or similar industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, governance and capital project delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement across sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership across EMEA and LATAM projects and assets.
• Drive engineering governance, technical standards and assurance across regions.
• Deliver major capital projects and support business development initiatives.
• Improve asset reliability, performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage engineering risk, compliance, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications, and best practices.
