Job summary
Dyno Nobel is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide engineering leadership across its operations, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of engineering support, technical standards, governance and major capital projects. You will work closely with operations and project teams to drive engineering excellence, support business growth and ensure assets perform safely and efficiently.
You will also lead and develop engineering teams, manage risk and regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Significant experience in manufacturing, construction, mining, oil & gas, chemicals or similar industrial environments.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, governance and capital project delivery.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering leadership across Dyno Nobel's businesses to ensure safe, efficient delivery of engineering support and major capital projects.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications and best practices.
- Lead governance, technical standards and assurance across regions while managing risk and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
