Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide engineering leadership across its EMEA and LATAM businesses, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable delivery of engineering support and major capital projects.

You will work closely with operations and project teams to drive excellence, asset performance and governance. The role requires strong leadership, experience in industrial environments, and the ability to develop standards, manage risk, and coach teams towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in manufacturing, construction, mining, oil & gas, chemicals or similar industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, technical governance and capital project delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering governance, technical standards and assurance across EMEA and LATAM.
• Drive safe, reliable delivery of engineering support and major capital projects.
• Provide technical leadership to improve asset reliability and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

As Lead Engineer, you will provide engineering leadership across Dyno Nobel's EMEA and LATAM businesses, ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of engineering support, technical standards, governance and major capital projects. Working closely with operational and project teams, you'll play a critical role in driving engineering excellence, supporting business growth and ensuring assets perform safely and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading engineering governance, technical standards and assurance across EMEA and LATAM
• Supporting the successful delivery of major capital and business development projectsli>
• Providing technical leadership to improve asset reliability, performance and operational efficiency
• Managing engineering risk, compliance, audits and regulatory requirements
• Developing and maintaining engineering standards, specifications and best practices
• Leading and developing engineering teams while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience within manufacturing, construction, mining, oil & gas, chemicals or similar industrial environments
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, technical governance and capital project delivery
