Job summary

You will apply the project management system across major sites, ensuring safe, efficient execution and value delivery. You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with site leadership, and report progress against scope, schedule, and cost, while upholding IPL values and compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Must have proven project management experience and track record delivering capital projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with startup and commissioning experience.
• Experience delivering portfolios of multiple projects with complex scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects and manage the most complex ventures.
• Ensure capital is invested effectively through the project management system.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external resources.
• Maintain strong relationships with site leadership and key stakeholders.
• Report progress against scope, schedule, and cost and drive continuous improvement.
