Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide engineering leadership across its EMEA and LATAM businesses, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable delivery of engineering support and major capital projects.

You will work closely with operations and project teams to drive excellence, asset performance and governance. The role requires strong leadership, experience in industrial environments, and the ability to develop standards, manage risk, and coach teams towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Significant experience in manufacturing, construction, mining, oil & gas, chemicals or similar industrial environments.
Proven experience leading engineering teams, technical governance and capital project delivery.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering governance, technical standards and assurance across EMEA and LATAM.
Drive safe, reliable delivery of engineering support and major capital projects.
Provide technical leadership to improve asset reliability and operational efficiency.
Manage engineering risk, compliance, audits and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications and best practices.
Lead and develop engineering teams with a safety-focused culture.
