Qualifications
At least 15 years of semiconductor fab experience; higher degrees may substitute for experience.
Minimum of 8 years with automated defect inspection and metrology processes.
Prior personnel management experience preferred.
Must have US citizenship or permanent residence due to ITAR restrictions.
Drive defect-reduction projects and collaborate with Process Integration teams.
Communicate goals and motivate engineering talent.
Contribute technically and present status to management.
