Job summary

Bay Cove Human Services seeks a Lead Engagement Partner to join the ACCS Integrated Team in Greater Boston. You will apply evidence-based practices such as SBIRT, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction and trauma-informed approaches to support adults with mental health challenges toward recovery and independence.

Reporting to the ACCS Clinical Supervisor, you will mentor staff, coordinate with housing and care teams, and provide crisis assessment and intervention during day and on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years of experience may substitute for the above degree.
• Strong commitment to community-based living, work in recovery and supports.
• Demonstrated understanding of complex clinical concepts and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate evidence-based practices into engagement strategies and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Team for persons with complex clinical needs.
• Use recovery-oriented language in all interactions with persons and colleagues.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention during day and on-call shifts.
• Mentor and coach other staff on interventions and engagement techniques.
