Job summary

Bay Cove Human Services seeks an ACCS Clinician to manage a caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team. You will apply evidence-based practices and collaborate across care coordination entities to support recovery and independence for persons with complex needs.

The position requires a Master’s in a relevant field and licensure path toward LICSW or LMHC, with on-call coverage and strict documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• LICSW or LMHC pathway required within defined timeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Primary Clinician within caseload limits and engage on engagement teams.
• Develop assessments, treatment plans, and risk plans with safety focus.
• Collaborate with care coordination entities and providers during crises and care transitions.
• Complete documentation and participate in on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Apply evidence-based practices including SBIRT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma‑Informed approaches.
