Job summary

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Peer Specialist.
• At least 3 years’ experience providing peer supports.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a related position or with a related population.
• Ability to use personal recovery experience to build trust with Persons served.
• Demonstrated leadership within the peer support community.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide ACCS Peer Support Staff.
• Supervise Peer Support Staff on assigned ACCS team with the Integrated Team Director.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff struggling to demonstrate competencies or pursuing career development.
• Provide direct support to individuals who receive ACCS services.
• Attend weekly Integrated Team meetings to train and consult on best practices.
