Job summary

SLSCO, Ltd. seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on energy-efficiency projects, ensuring quality and timely completion. You will monitor installations, verify performance, and coordinate with subcontractors and the program team to address deficiencies.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of construction experience with supervisory roles, strong communication skills, and familiarity with BPI-related standards and field audits. Travel to various sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in energy efficiency, auditing or related fields a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and renovation of energy-efficient measures.
• Document and verify installed equipment; photograph and test performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and program team on corrective actions.
• Inspect residential weatherization, HVAC and water heating installations.
• Lead QA/QC activities; input field data into program software.
