Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Lead Endpoint Support Engineer to own the endpoint strategy, lifecycle, and service delivery across corporate and branch locations.

The role leads a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating with IT leadership, security, and business stakeholders to ensure endpoints are enrolled, compliant, and patched, while managing vendor contracts and procurement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in endpoint engineering or end-user computing, incl. 2+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for endpoint security, threat detection, and response.
• Experience evaluating/supporting Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) or virtual desktop infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and lifecycle of desktops, laptops, and mobile endpoints.
• Lead deployment and management using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage endpoint security posture with Microsoft Defender.
• Standardize imaging, patching, and config management across devices.
• Lead endpoint support across HQ and branches.
• Establish SLAs, queues, and escalation paths.
