Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Senior Lead, Endpoint Engineering & Support for Irving, TX to own strategy, engineering, and day-to-day support of desktops, laptops, and endpoints for corporate and branch users.

The role drives endpoint management, security, and lifecycle strategy using Microsoft Intune and Defender, evaluates DaaS offerings, and oversees vendor relationships to ensure a reliable, secure end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune device management, compliance, and app deployment.
• Experience leading an endpoint engineering and support team across distributed sites.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, engineering, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, and mobile endpoints for corporate and branch users.
• Lead deployment and management of endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including enrollment and policy
• Drive endpoint security posture with Microsoft Defender, including threat detection and remediation.
